Extension of the Unified Special Economic Zone (Zona Economica Speciale – ZES) to Marche and Umbria: Law No. 171/2025 Published
Law No. 171 of 18 November 2025, entitled “Provisions for the economic revitalisation of the regions of Marche and Umbria”, has been published. The law extends the benefits of the Unified Special Economic Zone (ZES Unica) to the regions of Marche and Umbria.
Investment projects located in these regions can now benefit from administrative simplification through the S.U.D. ZES – Unified Digital One-Stop Shop, which issues a single authorisation for productive activities.
